Supreme Court to sit on July 14

The Supreme will on Tuesday July 14, 2020 sit on all cases listed for the day.

A statement issued by the Judicial Secretary, Ms Cynthia Pamela Addo, on Thursday, July 9, 2020, said “all cases listed in the Supreme Court will proceed as schedule”, further urging the general public to take note accordingly.

The announcement comes after the apex court adjourned all cases that were listed for hearing between Tuesday, July 7 and Thursday, July 9, 2020, amidst covid-19 fears.

The Chief Justice Kwesi Anin Yeboah is already on a 14-day self-isolation following advice from his doctors.
