The President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, had instructed the Minister for the Interior, Ambrose Dery, to conduct, forthwith, a public inquiry into the circumstances that led to the unfortunate occurrences of Tuesday, June 29, 2021.
Parliament tightens security: One-MP One-Policeman
The Ministry of the Interior has deployed additional 200 police personnel to be part of the Parliamentary Protection Unit, making it therefore, attain the status of a Divisional Police Command.
