Counsel for the Petitioner (John Dramani Mahama) in the ongoing 2020 Election Petition hearing, Lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata, has served notice that they to apply for a review of the ruling of the apex court that dismissed their request to compel the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission to enter the witness box to be cross examined.
The Supreme Court will on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, begin the pre-hearing conference for parties in the 2020 Election Petition case.
